Digital Inspections - A unique service for the Dayton area!

What is a digital inspection service?  It’s a service where our mechanics can take pictures and video of the exact issue plaguing your vehicle and deliver them right to your email or phone via text message.

Imagine, your car is making sounds you’ve never heard, not engine sounds, but something else. You look for a new shop in an effort to find a shop worthy of your trust.  Making a leap of faith, you drop your car off at Smith’s Auto Repair with the expectation of getting a call back with a diagnosis. Then, imagine how you feel when a text message arrives on your phone.  It’s Smith’s Auto Repair, with a video showing you exactly what’s wrong with a ball joint. It’s loose, and simply needs tightened up. A low cost repair. You approve of the repair via text. Only then do we perform the work.

This is how we build trust with our customers.  Simply diagnosing and suggesting the least cost safe fix with pictures and video. We aren’t going to ask you to take our word for it, we’ll show you.

Other shops may try to sell you a new ball joint, which will absolutely fix your problem, but it wasn’t the least cost safe solution.
